Great news for Mint Valley Elementary! Our school is being recognized by the Washington State School Recognition Program for its hard work during the 2023–2024 school year.

Mint Valley earned this honor for helping students from one or more racial or ethnic groups make strong academic growth. The school has been working hard to support all students and close learning gaps—and it’s paying off.

This recognition comes from three state education groups: the State Board of Education, the Office of Superintendent of Public Instruction, and the Educational Opportunity Gap Oversight and Accountability Committee.
