Mustangs of the Week for 1/7-1/11

Congratulations Mustangs of the Week for 1/7-1/11. Each week of school presents a set of challenges for students. The weeks before and after a long break are some of the most challenging. These kids gave their very best during the first full week back from winter break, and that is a very impressive task. Keep it up guys, way to go!!

Congratulations to our Students of the Week for the week of 1/2-1/4. It is difficult to come back to school after a long break, but these kids did it with smiles on their faces and a desire to do their best in their little hearts. Way to go guys!! Keep it up!!

Congratulations to this stupendous group of Mustangs of the Month. The month of December has special challenges with all of the extra events going on throughout the month. These students rose to the occasion, and shined brightly with their best efforts. Keep it up guys!!

Winter Concert Information

Mint Valley Elementary

Winter Music Concert for 3rd, 4th, and 5th Graders

Thursday, December 20, 2018 at 2:00 &7:00 p.m.

2:00 pm Matinee- Gymnasium Doors open at 1:30 p.m.

Students will arrive from class to gymnasium for performance.  Students will need to be signed-out if leaving after final number featuring all 3rd, 4th, and 5th students.

Please check lost and found.

7:00 pm evening concert- Gymnasium Doors open: 6:30 p.m.

Students go to assigned areas on campus: 6:45 p.m.  Students will leave their coats with family in the audience during the performance.

Students are asked to wear dressy clothes for the performance.  Dressy clothes include, but are not limited to, dark or khaki pants, skirts, dresses, long-sleeved polo shirts, ties, sweaters, dress shoes, etc.

The unique experiences of an evening concert create lasting musical memories for families in our school community! Performance opportunities instill a love of music, and develop courage, perseverance, discipline and pride.  Please come and be a part of our celebration of our school music life together!

Congratulations Mustangs of the Week for 12/3-12/7!! Most of these kiddos were given these awards for Respect and Responsibility, and that says a great deal about how stupendous our students here at Mint Valley are everyday. Keep on rocking the hard work!!

Congratulations to our Mustangs of the Week for 11/26-11/30. It is super challenging to come back from a long weekend, and focus on our jobs at school. These kiddos not only kept up with their jobs, but they excelled at them. Great job!
